Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Ark Wellness Hub is looking for a vibrant and skilled Call Centre Agent to join our team. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Triage and Nurse Advice: Assess caller needs and urgency to provide SRH information, medical advice, and guidance on whether they need to visit a doctor or can manage their care at home.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments with healthcare providers, both at our hub and other facilities. Help patients find convenient appointment times and keep schedules up-to-date.
Medication Refills: Assist clients with prescription refills by verifying details with their provider and coordinating the refill process.
General Healthcare Information: Offer valuable information on a variety of SRH and primary health-related topics, including preventive care, disease management, and community healthcare resources.
After-Hours Support: Provide exceptional support during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous care for our patients when other facilities may be closed.

Qualifications:
Degree in Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
Experience or background with SRH organizations/programs, ideally as a Peer Educator.
